SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring mean microcirculation value M in performing operation from left hepatic lobe surface 2-3 min long without additional mechanical or drug treatment being applied to hepatic tissue and more 5 min long after applying vascular clamp over the accessory hepatic artery. M falling lower than by 25%, the accessory hepatic artery is to be retained, otherwise it is ligated.
EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications relative to hepatic necrosis.
