FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying device. Device has thrust tube. The tube is placed in vaginal fornix. Idle tube end is attached to external cylinder rest member with compression spring. The compression spring produces dilatation from the uterine by stretching segmental conductor. The segmental conductor has dilating chamber. Strings are embedded into chamber wall. Terminal chamber wall is dilated with ball of 4-40 mm diameter and more being formed. The ball is formed by pulling chamber top out from the conductor. The chamber top is pulled to one-half of ball circle of required dilation radius. Filler is pumped into the chamber with piston from internal cylinder reservoir by screwing worm into it. The worm has vibrator unit.
EFFECT: provided dilation directivity; reduced cervical canal tissue resistance to dilation; reduced risk of uterus perforation.
