FIELD: tire industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed tire contains skeleton structure with at least one skeleton layer of toroidal shape whose opposite side surfaces are coupled with corresponding right-hand left-hand bead wires. Each bead wire is fitted in corresponding bead. Breaker includes at least one breaker strip applied over periphery from outer side relative to said skeleton structure. Thread band applied over periphery on said breaker structure includes radially external layer designed for contacting with road, radially internal fitted between said radially external layer and said breaker structure. Radially internal layer includes elastomer composition with cross bonds containing at least one diene elastomer polymer, at least one laminated material with thickness of separate layer from 0.01 nm to 30 nm, preferably, from 0.05 nm to 15 nm. Method of manufacture of said tire is laid also in description of invention.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of type.
