FIELD: fire protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for building materials and can be used to prepare fireproofing coatings on metal, concrete, and wood. Composition contains, wt %: liquid soda glass 45-65, micromica 8-20. ground quartz 5-15, kaolin 5-15, ethyl silicate-40 0.5-5.0, copolymer of vinylphosphonic acid and acrylic acid 0.5-2.0, aluminosilicate microspheres 8-20, heat-resistant micronized pigment 3-15, viscosity stabilizer Betolin A11 or Betolin A11 and Betolin QUART 20 0.5-2.0.
EFFECT: improved technological and physicomechanical properties of composition enabling coatings preventing heating of metal to critical temperature 500°C for at least 30 min.
