FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for producing heat-insulating coatings and can be used to increase heat resistance and heat transfer resistance of various equipment and building structures of buildings and structures to a given level. This composition contains 10.0-17.0 wt.% of polymer binder – perchlorovinyl resin, 11.0-12.0 wt.% of modifying additive – aluminosilicate microspheres with size of up to 100 mcm, 1.5-2.0 wt.% of flame retardant additive – chlorinated paraffin wax, 23.0-32.0 wt.% of filler – kaolin, 0.3-0.5 wt.% stabilizer – single-layer carbon nanotubes and an organic solvent – ethyl acetate.
EFFECT: obtained coating has improved physical and mechanical properties, in particular, has high heat conductivity, as well as high adhesion and high resistance of the coating to climatic factors while maintaining high strength properties.
