FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, fuel mixture is delivered into seal chamber before delivering into engine working chamber, seal chamber being rotated around axle in seal housing space. Fuel mixture is rotated together with chamber being passed simultaneously between walls of isolated section in direction from axis to periphery of chamber. Then working mixture is discharge from seal chamber through holes made near walls in peripheral part of chamber and then it is fed along connecting channel into working chamber. In both versions of internal combustion engine area of cross section of intake channel of seal chamber exceeds summary area of cross section of discharge holes. And in engine furnished with heated ignition element parameters of systems of power action, fuel, gas timing and ignition are chosen to provide cutting off of fuel mixture delivery into intake chamber and opening of access of mixture to heated igniting element at position of working member in which volume of working chamber limited by working member is equal to volume of intake chamber.
