FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, rheometer has base, to which a central bushing is attached from below, in which a rod moves in bearings. A loading disk is coaxially mounted on the low end of the rod. To prevent angular movements of the loading disk, a post with precision ball bearing is mounted on the rod perpendicularly to it, which ball bearing enters a longitudinal groove made in the central bushing. Coaxially and in parallel to the loading disk, a reflector disk is mounted underneath on a plate, which is fastened on lower end of the central bushing by three identical pins, positioned with even step along the circle and fitted with nuts and safety thumb screws. Load on the loading disk is created by means of changeable loads, connected to the rod by flexible connection, thrown over the block mounted in precision ball bearing on a cantilever held on base. Transmission of force to the clot is performed cyclically with given time intervals by means of a motor-reducer held on a cantilever perpendicularly to the rod, on output shaft of motor-reducer loading cam is mounted, contacting an anti-friction stopping bushing, held on the rod by threaded stopper. Linear movement indicator for the loading disk is held on the cantilever, the core of which is mounted coaxially onto the rod. For recording movements of loading disk, measuring cam is mounted on the output of shaft of motor-reducer, which cam controls operation of end switch with normally disconnected contacts, connected to windings of linear movement indicator and to secondary block. All aforementioned units are closed by a case connected to the base.
