FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for continuous monitoring of process of formation of gel in coagulation o milk in production of cheese and fermented milk products, as well as in biological, chemical and other industries. Vibration rheometer comprises a base, loading device, measuring device and control unit. Loading device consists of an electromagnet fixed horizontally on base, including steel cylindrical sleeve with power coil, closed steel cover. In bottom of sleeve and in cover there are central holes with pressed therein antifriction bushings, in which there is a cylindrical ferromagnetic core, in which perpendicular to its axis is pressed a steel pin with minimum clearance moving in longitudinal slot made in one of bushings. At one end of core there is a threaded shank, on which are screwed a steel thrust disc and a cone made of antifriction material, and axial movements of core are limited by a controlled stop installed on a dielectric bracket on base, where screw of said controlled stop is in contact with steel disc. Cone rests against a damper consisting of vertically arranged flat L-like lever connected by short arm to bearing, installed above core on bracket on base, and on its long arm located coaxially to axis of cone, there is a counterweight with a screw stopper. To opposite end of core perpendicular to its axis is horizontally welded a plate, to which is vertically attached a cantilever bar whose free end is pivotally connected via intermediate lever with vertical loading lever. Lever is fixed in bushing, attached to controlled bearing support. Base of support is fixed by two screws passing through vertical slots of bracket installed on base. At end of loading lever in lock is fixed a rod with a pressure plate soldered thereto, arranged in vertical plane parallel to plate-reflector, fixed from below on base to change gap between plates and provided with safety bracket. Measuring device is a cantilever bar consisting of thin steel plate, which is made in form of a beam of equal resistance, to which on both sides are glued along its axis of symmetry of ohmic resistance sensors. Engineering solution simplifies design and increases accuracy of measurements.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at simplifying design and improving measurement accuracy.
