SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage and onion shredding, freezing, and chopping; beef cutting and chopping; parsley green chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with oat flour, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt, CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete spesie, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
