FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the welding flux used at the mechanized welding with the heightened speed for recovery of the worn-out details operating in the conditions of the abrasion.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used at the mechanized welding with the heightened speed for recovery of the worn-out details operating in the conditions of an abrasion. The flux used for electric arc welding contains (in mass%):SiO2 - 28...32; MnO - 28...32; MgO - 19...23; СаО - 9...11;CaF2 - 4...6. The ratio of the contents of the basic and acidic oxides is chosen from the condition of production of the flux basicity of 1.40...1.48. The contents of А12О3,Fe2O3, S and Р should not exceed accordingly 2; 1.5; 0.2 and 0.2 %. Utilization of the presented welding flux allows to face the details from the structural steels with high quality indices: the wear-resisting property of the built-up surfaces compounds 156 % in relation to the non-built-up surfaces.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that utilization of the presented welding flux allows to face the details from the structural steels with high quality indices.
