FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: fused flux contains the components at following ratio, wt. %: SiO2 9-15, CaO 19-31, Al2O3 28-34, CaF2 29-33, Fe2O3 0.005-1.000, MgO 0.005-2.000, MnO 0.01-1.000. Note here that the following relationship should be satisfied: (CaO/2+5MgO+30MnO+2.6Fe2O3)/SiO2≥1 and (SiO2-8)4/(31F2O3+10MnO)≤1000. Welding flux can be used with austenite welding surfacing materials with decreased content of carbon. Note here that it ensures higher resistance of added metal to blistering by thermal ageing.
EFFECT: longer life of reactor plants.
