FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the welding flux used at the mechanized welding with the heightened speed for recovery of the worn-out details operating in the conditions of the abrasion.
SUBSTANCE: the flux may be used at the mechanized welding with the heightened speed for recovery of the worn-out details operating in the conditions of an abrasion. The welding flux for electric-arc welding contains the components in the following ratio (in mass %):SiO2 - 28-34; MnO - 24-29; MgO - 18-22; СаО - 5-7; CaF2 - 5-7,А12О3 - up to 5;TiO2 - up to 2.5;Fe2O3 - up to 2.5; S - up to 0,2 and Р - up to 0.2. The welding flux basicity compounds 1.10...1.16. Utilization of the presented welding flux allows to face the details from the structural steels with high quality indices, the wear-resisting property of the faced surfaces compounds 157 % in relation to the non-faced surfaces.
EFFECT: the invention ensures, that utilization of the presented welding flux allows to face the details from the structural steels with high quality indices.
