FIELD: machine engineering, possibly grinding and polishing inner complex-profile surfaces of parts such as rings and sleeves.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes carrier having clamping and mounting disc chucks. Containers having openings in their end covers are arranged in bearing assemblies in seats of disc chucks and they are joined with planetary rotation drive unit. Clamping disc chuck of carrier is mounted with possibility of motion along carrier rotation axis. Mounting disc chuck is provided with supporting members in the form of sleeves with cylindrical collars. Containers are in the form of two jointly coupled semi-cylinders with fixing locks forming in closed state on outer surface two cone portions and cylindrical collar joined with sleeve of mounting disc chuck. In description of invention relation is given for calculating length of cylindrical collar providing stable position of container at shifting clamping disc chuck of carrier.
EFFECT: shortened time period for mounting and changing worked parts at preventing notches on their surface, enhanced efficiency, improved quality, comfortable usage of apparatus.
