FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used in centrifugal-planetary processing of thin-walled deformed rings. Latter are installed into cylindrical containers by piles, they are closed at ends by covers with central holes. Containers are fed with planetary rotation and granulated material is fed proportionally, the mass of which is determined by the given formula. Volume of the supplied process liquid for circulation through containers is set based on the condition of absorption of heat generated during abrasive cutting by liquid according to design relationship. On inner cylindrical surface of containers along their generatrixes are mounted guide mounting elements, number of which depending on weighting of rings by inertial forces is determined by calculation.

EFFECT: result is accurate alignment and free installation and replacement of rings when removing them from containers, as well as eliminates their deformation and increases processing efficiency.
