SUBSTANCE: skeleton-type building comprises one or several blocks including skeleton of foundation-supported bearing posts and beams. Body is made as walling members and at least one ceiling panel, which define living rooms, staircase and lift compartments. The building has flat horizontal covering panel creating roadway occupying at least part of covering area. Bearing posts are connected to ceiling panels and covering panels through elastico-viscous damping members arranged on horizontal and/or vertical surfaces thereof. Space to isolate roadway from residential rooms is formed under the roadway. Service channels for water-, heat- and power-supply lines and/or vent channels to remove exhaust air from living rooms are arranged in the space.
EFFECT: extended functional area of the building.
