FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: multistory double level building includes fundaments, external bearing brick walls, inner bearing brick longitudinal and transverse walls, ladder communication unit connecting disk floor structure, which are created of precast floor stab anchored in walls, basement, cellar, attic storey, roof, balcony slab, doors, windows, elevators, plumbing units, and engineering and material equipment. Building consist of several blocked along inner transverse walls sections and separated with longitudinal wall, located on central longitudinal axle on two space cubic capacities of different level, which are created with longitudinal wall, located on central longitudinal axis, external walls, roof and cellar floor. At that level drift of cubic capacities made at the half of storey eight along vertical with assembly of floor structure disks from precast floor slab, anchored in bearing walls of each space cubic capacity, with creation in each cubic capacity of independent stories of equal height. At that internal longitudinal and transverse walls create in the center of each of two sections stiffening core, in which ladder communicational unit is located with ladder halls, connected with floor structure disks of both space cubic capacities.
EFFECT: decrease of building heat of consumption with equal conditions with analogue and decrease of building compactness coefficient.
