FIELD: shipbuilding, in particular, methods for manufacturing waste reactors and form work for manufacturing dismountable reactors from fire resistant mass.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing waste reactors includes making a formwork, feeding liquid fire resistant mixture into it, releasing formwork after hardening of the mixture. Formwork for manufacturing a reactor is assembled from front and back semi-frames of reactor, in which inserts and filling elements - boxes, are mounted, which are held relatively to semi-frame by means of bars, spreaders, and additionally pipes, and a rectangular cross-section formwork - to create a doorway of front semi-reactor. After hardening of fire resistant mixture, concrete structures and filling elements are extracted from semi-frames, holders are mounted in them, heat isolation is installed and concrete structures are mounted on holders. Semi-reactors assembled as described above are connected to each other.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing of waste reactor and form work for its manufacture due to skipping of additional operations concerning manufacturing of special form work for each reactor, assembling and disassembling operations and cleaning of formwork elements, and it is also possible take features of waste reactor design into consideration.
