FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out mechanical preparation to surgical intervention beginning two days before operation twice a day as cleansing enemas. 5-oxymethyluracyul is per os introduced during 5 days before the surgical intervention. Drug dose is equal to 50 mg/kg given twice every day.
EFFECT: accelerated regional blood circulation normalization and anastomosis regeneration processes.
