FIELD: fire-fighting, namely hydrants, wall-hoses, wall units, plug-in cabinets, particularly proportioning devices used to mix liquids.
SUBSTANCE: fire-extinguishing plant comprises water supply system, outlet pipeline connected to barrel by means of locking device for foam-generation flow supply and proportioning device. Water supply system includes serially arranged filter, check valve and inlet valve linked to proportioning device inlet. Device barrel has spraying nozzle. Proportioning device comprises sealed body 1 with cavity to be filled with liquid and ejector 4 arranged inside body 1. Ejector has through liquid mixing channel 6, inlet part 5 with ejecting orifice 14 and outlet part 7 with orifice 15. Outlet ejector part orifice or orifices has throat Sb, which is selected from Sb=(0.01÷0.1)Sk, where Sk is minimal ejector through channel throat. Orifices made in ejector outlet are spaced a distance equal to 1÷10 mm from inner surface of the nearest body end part. Inner diameter dk of ejector through channel is selected from dk=(1.5÷2.6)d0, where d0 is inner diameter of channel at ejector inlet.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of liquid component mixing in any proportioning device orientation, as well as change of pressure and flow rate of liquid to be supplied to the device.
