ADSORBER Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B01D53/04

Abstract RU 2305003 C2

FIELD: electronic industry; other industries; production of the adsorbers used in the blocks of the complex cleaning of the air-fractionating installations and in the blocks of the helium cryogenic systems dehydration.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used in the blocks of the complex cleaning of the air-fractionating installations and in the blocks of the helium cryogenic systems dehydration. The adsorber consists of the body (1), the fitting pipe (2) used for feeding of the gas for cleaning, the fitting pipe (3) used for the pure gas outlet, the tank (4) with the sorbent (5), the hold-down tool made in the form of the grate (6), the supporting ring (7) with the pneumatic cylinders (8) of the dual operation, the pistons (9) of which are connected to the grate (6) and are connected by means of the manifolds (10) (11)and three-way valves (12) and (13) and the pipeline (14) to the fitting pipe (2)of the gas inlet. On the grate (6) there is the mounted cylinder (15) with the injectors (16), which by the pipeline (17) and the fittings (18) are connected to the pipeline (14). On the fitting pipes (19) used for the filling of a sorbent instruments (20) for shrinkage control of a sorbent loading there are the instruments (20) installed to control the sorbent shrinkage. The being cleaned gas through the fitting pipe (2), the pipeline (14), the valve (12), the manifold (10), the pneumatic cylinders (8) enters the tank (4), passes through the layer of the sorbent (5) and is withdrawn through the fitting pipe (3). Using the gas pressure entering the pneumatic cylinders (8) through the pistons (9) linked to the grate (6) create the push action on the layer of the sorbent (5). The shrinkage of the sorbent is fixed by the instrument (20). For addition of the sorbent they shut the inlet and outlet valves, drop the pressure in the adsorber up to the atmospheric pressure, lift the grate (6). The sorbent is charged in through fitting pipes (19) and the injectors (15) ensuring the uniform distribution of the sorbent beads. The invention allows to improve the quality of the cleaning due to the decrease of the sorbent wear, its optimal addition and shrinkage.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the cleaning, the sorbent optimal addition and shrinkage and its decreased wear.
