FIELD: chemical industry; public health; medicine; production of the elastic composite material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the structure of the elastic composite material intended for application in the form of the flexible ductile thin-film construction at manufacture of the two- or three-dimensional product, in particular, for provision of the mechanical protection against the damage. The structure contains the elastomeric coating and the mechanically strong consolidating system made out of the woven, jersey or knitted structure preliminary partially either completely coated or impregnated with the elastic and soft elastomeric matrix. The elastomeric coating is formed by one or several differing from each other elastomeric substances, selected from the substances based on the polyurethane resin, the polyurethane dispersion, the silicon. At that the woven, jersey or knitted structure is manufactured out of the flexible mixed filament made out of the rigid polymeric fibers and the elastic polymeric fibers representing the elastane fibers. Besides the mechanically strong consolidating system may be made in the form of the combination of the consolidating components, which composition includes the flocculent consolidating structure with the oriented flocculent filling. According to the invention the elastic composite structure allows rather simply to manufacture the products with the very high elasticity, the good mechanical properties, which allow to use them in the public health. For example, in the modifications of the clothing put on for keeping the hospital hygienics without usage of the separate and multilayer pieces of the clothes, which are put on one atop another.
