FIELD: drying engineering.

SUBSTANCE: horizontal spiral vibration dryer comprises spiral drying chamber with a spiral passage, distributing cone mounted in the bottom of the chamber symmetrically to the charging branch pipes, and platform provided with two-shaft vibrators and mounted on the flexible members. The bottom of the drying chamber is mounted on the platform, and the charging branch pipe and the drying chamber are axially aligned. The lid forms a separation chamber. The charging branch pipe passes through the separation chamber so that the exit of the branch pipe is positioned within the chamber above the top of the distributing cone. The spiral passage has perforated arresters in the top section of the chamber. The branch pipe for discharging condensate is connected to the bottom from the side of the base. The acoustic device for trapping moderately dispersed particles is mounted at the exit of the branch pipes for discharging heat-transfer agent and is connected with the cyclone.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying.
