SUBSTANCE: method comprises recording the value of acceleration amplitude and phase shift between the loading generated by means of a quartz generator and acceleration and determining coefficient of the inner dispersion of energy by the part to be tested from the amplitude-frequency-phase characteristic inferred from the acceleration of a characteristic point of the part with the use of the formula proposed. The coefficient of the inner energy dispersion is compared with the experimental data obtained in advance for the similar part with 100% service life, and the remaining duration of the service life is then determined.
EFFECT: reduced testing time and enhanced reliability.
