Abstract RU 2305355 C1

FIELD: automatic control of electric circuits.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes recording of inrush currents and measurement of time interval between them; novelty is that as soon as first short-circuit inrush current appears in transformer buses of main power supply, time equal to no-current interval of automatic-reclosure delay of sectionalizing circuit breaker installed in stand-by line of main power supply adjacent to transformer buses of main power supply is measured. Appearance of second short-circuit inrush current in transformer buses of main power supply is checked; if this short-circuit inrush current appears at moment of time measurement termination, measurement of time equal to delay time in operation of automatic reclosure center is started; as soon as mentioned time measurement is ceased, stand-by power supply transformer is checked for inrush current through its buses and if this current is higher than normal operating current but lower than short-circuit current, its appearance indicates successful operation of reclosure center circuit breaker.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and enlarged functional capabilities of proposed method.
