SUBSTANCE: method involves shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage in grinder; cutting, slightly frying in melted butter and grinding bulb onion and vegetable pepper in grinder; cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding beef in grinder; blanching and grinding field mushrooms in grinder; cooking to doubled increase in weight and grinding rice in grinder; rubbing garlic; mixing said components with bone soup, edible salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of predetermined kind of micromycet and red bitter pepper; packing resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing at predetermined component ratio.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
