SUBSTANCE: method involves shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage in grinder; cutting and slightly frying in melted butter bulb onion and vegetable pepper; cutting and frying in melted butter beef in grinder; blanching and grinding field mushrooms; cooking rice to doubled increase in weight; rubbing garlic; mixing said components, without oxygen access, with edible salt and red hot pepper; packing resultant mixture and bone soup; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
