SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding fish fillet in grinder; shredding, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage, fresh mushrooms and bulb onion in grinder; rubbing apples; slightly frying wheat flour in melted butter; mixing said components with fish soup, tomato paste, sugar, edible salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of predetermined kind of micromycet biomass and black bitter pepper; packing resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing at predetermined component ratio.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
