FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for preserved concentrates of first course dinner dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Potatoes are cut and blanched, parsley roots, pumpkin, cauliflower and paprika, carrots blanching and cutting, fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, the mixture cooking till peas and beans weight increases by 150 %, bulb onions and parsley. One mixes listed components with sour cream, tomato paste and part of salt. Prepared pork is chopped. Rice is boiled till double weight increase. One mixes pork, rice, chicken eggs and remaining salt to produce mince. Mince moulding to produce balls. Meat balls, prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
