FIELD: instrument industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises making the compensation and measuring inductive coils with the same sizes and winding characteristics, positioning the coils close to each other excluding connection between them, and switching them differentially. Before testing, the zone of electromagnetic effect of the compensation coil receives the conducting compensation member made of the material whose electrophysical properties are the same as of the material to be tested.
EFFECT: improved temperature compensation.
