FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: transducer comprises a ceramic frame 5, enclosed within a ceramic vessel of the transducer 2, a metering 3 and a compensation 4 inductance coils, wound in slots of the ceramic frame 5. Coils 3 and 4 are identical in dimensions and winding characteristics, and are connected differentially. The metering 3 and the compensation 4 coils are made in the form of a flat ring with the diameter equal to the inner diameter of the transducer vessel 2. The metering coil 3 is placed in the plane of the frame end 5. The compensation coil 4 is arranged identically and coaxially with the metering coil 3 at the distance l1 between them equal to at least maximum diameter of coils 3, (4). A screening plate 6 is made in the form of a disc, contour dimensions of which match dimensions of a contour of coils 3, (4), from the material identical by electrophysical properties to the material of the control object 1, with thickness Z, specified by depth of penetration of electromagnetic wave at working frequency for this material of the control object 1 and is placed with its plane above the plane of the compensation coil 4 with the gap of constant value, equal to rated metered displacement Xm between the metering coil 3 and the control object 1.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities, expansion of measurement range, higher sensitivity and accuracy of measurement in wide range of working temperatures.
