SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting the mutton, whipping hen eggs cutting and roasting in melted butter onions, then one should cut and freeze green beans and parsley greens. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with common salt and hot black pepper. The mixture obtained and bone broth should ebb packed followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food out of well-known culinary dish by increasing its digestibility from 1·105 to 1.3·105.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
