FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in food industry for production of meat and vegetable preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by cutting and freezing of string beans and parsley, onions cutting and browning in melted butter, beating of hen's eggs. Prepared components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and black bitter pepper. Mutton is cut. Prepared mixture is packed with mutton and bone broth, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
