SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cut and blanch radish and celery root, grate apples, cut and freeze lettuce, cut hen's fillet. The components mentioned should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with citric juice, sugar, common salt and calcium ascorbate. Sour cream and mayonnaise should be mixed at 1:1 ratio to pack the mixtures obtained followed by sealing and sterilization. This enables to obtain new canned food out of the known culinary dish that increases its digestibility from 9.6·104 up to 13.2·104.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
