SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, small radish and celeriac cutting and blanching, apples grating, lettuce cutting and freezing, chicken fillet cutting, the listed components mixing with lemon juice, sugar and culinary salt, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with sour cream and mayonnaise, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
