SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding pork in grinder; cutting, slightly frying in melted butter and grinding carrot and bulb onion in grinder; cutting, freezing and grinding fresh cabbage in grinder; slightly frying wheat flour in melted butter; mixing said components with bone soup, tomato paste, edible salt, CO2-extracts of mycromycet biomass of predetermined kind, and black bitter pepper; packing resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: wider range of novel canned food for cosmic feeding, having increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
