FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: wheat groats should be cooked till a two-fold increase of its weight to mix with oat flour, common salt and drinking water to obtain the dough and form it as balls to obtain flol; one should cut and roast onions in melted butter, cut and freeze spinach and cut the beef, mix at oxygen-free technique onions, beef, tomato paste, common salt and hot black pepper. Flol, the mixture obtained and bone broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. This enables to obtain new canned food out of the known culinary dish, widen the quantity of technical means and dishes and increase digestibility of this dish from 4.4·104 up to 5.6·104.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
