FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: wheat groats should be cooked till a two-fold increase of its mass to mix with wheat flour, common salt and drinking water to obtain the dough and form it as balls to obtain flol; one should cut and roast onions in melted butter, cut and freeze spinach and cut the beef, mix at oxygen-free technique onions, spinach, beef, tomato paste, common salt and hot black pepper. Flol, the mixture obtained and bone broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. This enables to obtain new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
