SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing first-course caned food for cosmic nutrition due to chopping, freezing and reducing new white head cabbage upon a chopper, cutting and simultaneous frying in melted butter carrots, parsley root, onions to be reduced then upon a chopper followed by cutting, blanching and reducing the squid fillet upon a chopper, reducing oat groats and the greens upon a chopper and mixing the components mentioned with sour cream, fish broth, tomato paste, common salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and laurel leaf. Then it is necessary to pack the mixture obtained at the preset ratio of components into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to obtain new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
