FIELD: alimentary products; production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for preparation by traditional technology of recipe components. Prepared squid fillet is cut, blanched and chopped in grinding machine. Prepared carrot, parsley and onions are cut, browned in drawn butter and chopped in grinding machine. Prepared white cabbage is chopped, put to freezing, preferably slowly, and chopped in grinding machine. Prepared pearl barley is boiled till par-cooking condition and chopped in grinding machine. Prepared vegetables are chopped in grinding machine. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, fish broth, tomato paste, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extract of biomass of specified sort of mycromycetes, bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The made mix is packed in aluminum tubes. Hermetic sealing and pressure cooking are made and end product is prepared.
EFFECT: canned food has heightened absorbency.
