SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes squid fillet cutting and blanching; carrot, parsley root and onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; pearlbarley boiling up to semi-finished state; gardenstuff cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with fish broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
