FIELD: medicine, neurology, psychiatry.

SUBSTANCE: the method suggested consists of 6-8 courses of complex rehabilitation per 100 training/each, moreover, 3 types of trainings should be carried out: adaptive-physical rehabilitation; psychological-pedagogical rehabilitation; social-vocal rehabilitation. During trainings on adaptive-physical rehabilitation it is necessary to carry out deep muscular pull, so, the main part should be supplemented with doing gymnastic exercise known as "piked seat" in static isometric mode. During every training it is important to prolong the performance of this exercise. Since the 10^th training during performance of this exercise it is necessary to fulfill additional external loading upon a patient's back, moreover, the weight of loading should be increased steadily from training to training to achieve the weight being equal to the half of a patient's body weight. In the course of psychological-pedagogical rehabilitation it is necessary to elaborate stress resistance due to multiple repetition of stress loadings being increased from training to training and their psychocorrection. During trainings of social-vocal rehabilitation it is necessary to carry out cerebral activation due to stimulating auditory and vocal areas, moreover, for stimulating cerebral auditory area it is important to affect patient's hearing with prolonged and/or loud sounds, and for stimulating cerebral vocal area a patient should be suggested to perform dosed vocal loadings as prolonged and/or loud pronouncing sounds, syllables, words, word combinations, simple, complex sentences, monologue. Performance of vocal exercised should be carried out under conditions of quiet and, preferably, emotionally-stimulating and stress situations. The innovation suggested enables to achieve stable prolonged remission.
