FIELD: medicine, psychiatry.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out 6-8 courses of complex rehabilitation per 100 studies/each. Moreover, one should apply 3 types of studies: psycho-pedagogical rehabilitation, adaptive-physical rehabilitation and social-vocal rehabilitation. During the studies on psycho-pedagogical rehabilitation it is necessary to elaborate stress-resistance due to multiple repetition of stress loadings which become higher and higher from study to study to fulfill their psychocorrection. In the course of adaptive-physical rehabilitation it is important to fulfill deep muscular stretching and for this purpose it is necessary to perform gymnastic exercise called "piked seat" in static mode. At every study one should increase the duration of exercise implementation. Starting since the 10th study in the course of exercise it is necessary to make additional external loading onto a patient's back. Moreover, the weight of loading should be increased from study to study to achieve gradually the weight being equal to the half of a patient's body weight. During the studies on social-vocal rehabilitation it is necessary at first to activate the brain due to stimulating auditory and vocal areas. Moreover, for stimulating auditory area of the brain one should affect a patient's hearing with prolonged and/or loud sounds, and for stimulating vocal area of the brain a patient should be suggested to fulfill dosed vocal loadings as prolonged and/or loud pronunciation of sounds. The innovation enables to obtain stable and prolonged remission of the disease.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
