FIELD: packing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for gluing two webs of packing material to make liquid-tight packs. Proposed device containing clamps for clamping packing material webs, cutter to make oblique cut across web and welding unit to supply heat to webs and apply pressure for gluing webs along glue seam. According to invention, to replace reel with new reel with packing material and from glue or weld joint of two webs reliably providing high tightness of joint for liquid, welding unit is to be furnished with slides, moved along cross guide approximately square to direction of movement of packing material webs, with fitted-on heater and pressure roller installed on slides after heater in direction of movement of welding unit.
EFFECT: provision of liquid-tight packs.
