FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of railways, particularly, to attachment of rail to tie. Proposed rail-to-tie attachment system includes shaped elastic clamps engaging through clamp isolators with foot of rail resting on support plate through underrail elastic gasket. Support plate with shaped guide holes made on opposite sides of rail rests through elastic pad on tie in which anchors are secured. Heads of anchors are provided with slots for fixing ends of shaped elastic clamps, cavities and ribs for fastening anchor isolators. Shaped guide holes of support plate are provided with projections-supports for middle arms of shaped elastic clamps and are made for arrangement of shock absorbers for support plate. Shock absorbers are made integral with elastic pad. Anchor heads are guides for support plate.
EFFECT: reduced vibration, provision of vertical elasticity of rail-to-tie attachment system owing to increased thickness of elastic pads which precludes tilting of rail.
