FIELD: rail road building, particularly fastening on wooden or concrete sleepers or on masonry with by resilient steel clips.
SUBSTANCE: fastening device comprises resilient clips having pressing clip parts supported by rail base through insulating means, anchoring unit fixed in concrete sleeper and having head provided with slots for resilient clip ends fixation. The head has upper surface defined by two planes inclined one to another. Plane located closer to rail base is of descending type. Adjoining plane is of ascending type. Anchoring insulation means is secured to anchoring unit head ribs. The slots made in anchor head are profiled and have upper surfaces defined by two planes inclined to each other at angles α=140°-170°, as clip double-position lock. Plane located closer to rail base is of descending type, adjacent plane is of ascending type.
EFFECT: possibility to change anchor head structure to provide additional clip retaining in "parking" position and factory clip assembly conditions.
