SUBSTANCE: in anchor rail clamp sub-rail pad is made with symmetrically oriented along rail side surfaces each of which consists of lower side sloping surface, corresponding to sloping surface of base sub-rail part recess, and upper side sloping surface which has backslope and is located above the level of sub-rail base recess. Width of upper sub-rail surface corresponds to the width of rail foot. Width of over-sleeper surface corresponds to the width of lower surface of base sub-rail part recess.

EFFECT: providing the reliable operation of clamp and sub-rail pad itself; providing complete support of rail foot; reduction of rail transposition due to insufficient support and prevention of over-rail isolating pad falling in when clamp elements and rail are worn out or shifted.
