FIELD: processes and equipment for drying dispersed materials in microbiological, chemical, food making industry branches.

SUBSTANCE: fluidized-bed drier for paste like materials includes wet material loading apparatus having auger feeder; drying chamber; burner with mixing chamber; turbine gas blower and system for purifying waste air. Fluidized bed apparatus is in the form of cylindrical housing with cone portion and supporting grid mounted in most narrow cross section of cone. Feeder is arranged axially symmetrically relative to housing of apparatus. Fluidizing heat transfer agent from burner is fed under supporting grid. Dried material is discharged in upper part of fluidized bed through branch pipes coupled by means of flexible wires with vessels for dried material. Said branch pipes are secured along generatrix of cone at predetermined pitch depending upon height of fluidized bed of processed material. Dust formed at drying process is trapped in dust removal system. Waste heat transfer agent is sucked off by means of blower having at outlet recirculation valve for guiding waste and purified heat transfer agent through pipeline to mixing chamber.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drier.
