SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage cutting and freezing; carrot, parsley root, and onion cutting and roasting in melt butter; potato cutting and blanching; bay scallop meat and gardenstuff cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, tomato paste, table salt, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with fish broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
