SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes parsley root cutting and blanching; carrot blanching and cutting; spinach, sorrel, parsley root and asparagus cutting and freezing; beef and chicken meat cutting; hen egg boiling, shelling, and cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
