SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out thermovision testing of skin above the expander and neighboring intact parts to evaluate the drop of temperatures between them. One should conduct functional sampling and repeated thermovision testing 5 min later. After that it is important to evaluate the drop of temperatures between the same parts. If initially the drop of temperatures is not above - 0.5°C and is leveled of becomes positive during repeated testing, in this case the tempo of dermatension should be considered to be adequate to adaptational tissue properties. The innovation enables to evaluate maximally accepted alterations of microcirculation of the whole surface of expanded skin.
